I love a wide variety of teams and sports due to the fact of living up and down the east coast as a child growing up and finding a personal passion for certain players of several teams. I love Sparky Anderson what a coach! Anderson earned the nickname "Captain Hook" because of his tendency to pull underperforming pitchers early in the game. The nickname was a double-play on words, between the fictional pirate and the stereotypical "hook" used to remove underperforming entertainers from the stage during the Vaudeville era. I met many players of the Cincinnati Reds due to the fact that I was deep into sports and good many tropheys always played against others double my size and age and would whip them! I was at the JC Olympics where I won many awards and was second over all the kids there! I met Dave Concepcion while I was playing on a All Star Team I was the short stop and still have the signed glove from him! I was in love! HAHA!
