The last game at Yankee stadium went like it should have a Yankees win with Mariano Rivera making the last pitch.

no matter how many pennants, or worls series the yankees win in their new stadium, It will never compare to the 26 worls series, they won in the old yankee stadium. I think that Cashman, and Steinbrenner should turn the old yankees stadium into a museum, for all yankee fans to view.

out of all the players I saw last night, Derek Jeter really touched me, It really is amazing to see all those players, yogi berra, hell, even Joe Torre came, I was really proud to be a yankee last night.

Here is to all the New York Yankees fans and to the old and historic Yankee Stadium who is coming to the end of its era but thank you for all the wonderderful and special memories that you have given us including, three visits from three different Popes (Pope Paul IV, Pope John Paul II, and Pope Paul Benedict XVI) the endless American League championships and World Series Championships. Thank you for the special memories.

Keep hope alive, they can still be there. Sure I got hit in the head with too many foul balls as a kid, but I believe. Big win today starts 10 in a row.

Good to see Girardi will be back, he deserves another chance. The injury to Wang is what hurt this year.
