• dmaniacs (11/22/2008/01:27:12 ago) Sweet!! I'm in... as for this Manny situation. When is the last time a particular player constructed so much electricity in the air when he would come to the plate or just walk out onto the field? Hasn't happened since Eric Gagne.

• Dallasin08 (11/17/2008/11:46:48 ago) Signing Manny is great and all but after they spend however much it may be to keep, then what? Penny, Lowe, Kent, Furcal, Nomar, Casey, Maddux, possibly Saito, and so on are gone. They need to fill holes. Manny fills one hole, and I agree with "sideburns", the infield is the biggest question, not the outfield. Pitching is now important too with Penny and Low out. No reason to shell out Yankee money to CC Sabathia either...he's no Jake Peavy or Johan Santana.

• birdhulk (11/15/2008/17:54:13 ago) YEAH, YEAH,... we all know that manny was good for the dodgers.. but if andrew jones was anywhere near that we would'nt of needed to see manny.. but the way i see it. the DODGERS know what we need to stay on top.. just go out and get it from somewhere else, and hope jones can add some fire to this team.. i would'nt feel down.!! i was just as happy when they signed joe torre.. now joe will keep this boat going in the right direction.. GO BLUE.!!!!
