yeah, i agree...we gotta give Romo jus enuff tym or have MBIII pick up that blitz to allow Romo to hit Witten 'n Bennett off the line 'n TO on those slants across the middle...if they blitz, it's gonna leave the middle of the field wide open for Witten, Bennett 'n TO

Since week 7, when the Cowboys were embarrassed by the Rams, and Wade Phillips announced that he was going to take over the Dallas Cowboys defensive play calling, the Cowboys have the most sacks in the NFL with 40 and DeMarcus Ware leads the NFL with 15 after getting three against the Seattle Seahawks.

2-2 Won’t Make Playoffs For Dallas Cowboys

If the Dallas Cowboys were to go 2-2 in the final four games of the season, they’d likely miss the playoffs with a 10-6 record. That’s because the Washington Redskins and Atlanta Falcons are right on their tails and depending how the rest of the divisional games go, the Cowboys may be the odd team out. Both the Redskins and the Falcons have better NFC records at the moment, which would give them the tiebreaker over the Dallas Cowboys. The Redskins have won six NFC games with three left. The Falcons have won five, the same as the Cowboys, but they have a better in-division record than the Cowboys. The Redskins would get the upper hand from both if they all went 10-6.

Dallas Cowboys outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware and running back Marion Barber are day to day after MRI results for injuries they sustained Thursday against Seattle were negative, the team announced Friday. The Cowboys (8-4) said both would receive treatment this weekend. Dallas plays at Pittsburgh on Dec. 7, the beginning of a brutal closing stretch for the Cowboys, who have won three straight and are battling Washington and Atlanta, both 7-4, for the final NFC wild-card playoff berth. Dallas' final four opponents are a combined 31-13-1.
