• nsm420 (07/13/2008/19:25:51 ago) Summer league is interesting because it is usually just the guys who are competing for the last couple spots on the bench, this year has obviously been different with the top 3 picks playing a little already. I know the bulls are getting a little flack for playing rose (especially because he was believed to have been injured before the start of the summer league) and the heat with Beasley getting injured and still playing. I don't know what is going to happen from here on out.

It's against the giants, a team he has dominated so I think he has a pretty good chance of tearing it up, which I am not to happy about being a giants fun, but hey, what are you going to do?

• nsm420 (07/10/2008/04:27:58 ago) It is too early, I think, to read anything into the matchup between beasley and rose. I will say that Beasley is a better instant NBA baller but Rose will grow into a more well rounded player. It is really hard to tell though since each player is a completely different basketball player, it's like comparing apples to oranges.

• nsm420 (07/10/2008/04:24:45 ago) Brewer got CC and then the Cubbies get Harden, even though they say they were trying for a couple weeks to get him and that it wasn't a reaction to the CC deal, it has to make you think! If Harden can stay healthy they could have one hell of a starting line up, but if he gets hurt it's like a couple sportscasters have said, Mark Prior all over again.
