<body>&lt;p&gt;i would have to say no.heres why.i liken the steroids problem to the war on drugs the united&amp;nbsp; states is currently battling.while the government has unlimited resources to fight the problem.the drug dealers have just as much money to find new ways to smuggle it into the country.while MLB has unlimited monies also, the players they are dealing with are all wealthy people some of whom have unlimited resources themselves. trying to&amp;nbsp;find a way to hide the illegal drugs they are currently using to enhance the way they play.so&amp;nbsp;since i don't know how MLB tests the players or how often they test them.the only way i would feel they have the problem licked is to inform the public on how the tests are performed.how often.then i feel they would have a good handle on it.also print the players names who fail the tests in national newspapers.suspend first time offenders 1 calender year for first offense.no pay ( thats the only way to get these guys attention) second time is a lifetime ban from baseball.then they would get the message.&lt;/p&gt;</body>
