well...the chokelahoma land thieves beat out UT by the SLIMMEST of margins in the BCS to send them to the BIG 12 'Ship vs Mizzu
(MORE PROOF THAT WE NEED A PLAYOFF)...when it comes down to this SLIM a margin...the teams should decide their fate on the field...NOT the computers...
oh well...let's pull for Mizzu in the BIG 12 'Ship in Kansas City, Mo...the land thieves losing in the BIG 12 'Ship should still put UT in the BCS 'Ship vs Florida or Bama...GO TIGERS!!!
HOOK 'EM HORNS!!!

Hey Texas fan...Yankee stadium seats 54,000...Not 40,000..the new stadium seats 52,000...2000 less seats....do some research before you post.

How do you think the Boys do this year? Manning looked sharp last night and that Giant D line is still nasty.

You're probably right. In fact, the rings Troy wears makes me inclined to think so.
I think when I get back to Texas, I'd better wear a disguise, or I might be drowned in picante sauce.

I hear what you're saying. Believe me, of the two, Aikman is closer and dearer to my heart. I have more Aikman paraphenalia than Ripken (3-0). But in the overall big picture, I had to go with Cal. If I had gone with favorites, the list would be inundated with Cowboys, Tar Heels, Spurs and Cardinals with a smackling of two or three other players.
I knew Cowboys fans would get me like the guy who brought the picante sauce from NY City! lol

Apparently Garrett Gilbert (class of '09 QB commit) is ahead of schedule on his shoulder rehab from off-season surgery. He participated in the 7-on-7 tournament in Lake Travis this weekend and was reported to have been 18-22 with 4 touchdowns. There were no reports of any setbacks, and his Lake Travis team won all three of their games by a large margin (Gilbert QB'd the 1st two games). Excellent news for the 2009 recruiting class. Hook 'em!

Honestly I don't give two (censored) about the NBA finals this year because I don't care for either one of the teams. I know the National fan base loves the renewal of the 80's rivalry, and it is probably good for the ratings. However I am disinterested in the series myself. I'm just impatiently waiting for football season to get here. My Rangers just aren't doing a good enough job of keeping me focused on baseball (grin). Hook 'em homeboy.
Attended, 1998 - 2002
Joined the military recently so ive moved everywhere imaginable but my hometown is San Antonio born and raised (even though its not my current location but who cares). Going to UT was a dream come true when i got a scholarship to play in their drumline was an amazing experience for me and i will never forget it. You may see that i'm a texas sports fan except for the NY Yankees. The reason is (i wont lie) that i was a pitcher in my younger years and i would watch the yanks pitching staff pitch and soon enough, i grew into the team. Still have my love for the astros/rangers.
