I have a stress fracture in my foot and some other injuries, and boots are not fitting over the swelling. So will be watching on TV with my foot up and beers in a cooler close by ... LOL! Glad you are getting up to a game. Hopefully I can get to the Texans game. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving, my friend ... I'm stuffed! And bring home a victory ... PLEEASE!!!! GO PACK GO!

With the state of our economy and all, I know dealing with stress will be a bit difficult. It's difficult to not sweat the small stuff. But do try. For yourself and your family. I know they want you hanging around for many, many, many years to come. Hope you enjoyed the weekend and have a wonderful Thanksgiving. :)

• NMilare (11/23/2008/21:40:14 ago) My 9ers are still struggling. They had so many chances today against Dallas. They got into the red zone and seemed to just forget or froze, I don't know. But they could not get anything done. Until the last quarter, then my 9ers seemed to have rediscovered themselves. But it was a bit too late by then. I hate to say this, but it looked to me like some of the 9er players were kind of giving up once Dallas got a good lead on them. I hope it's not the case, if so I hope Singletary rips into them.

• NMilare (11/11/2008/23:24:10 ago) With the holidays just around the corner and with flu season in full swing, this is usually the time of the year when things just start to get crazy at any ER across the US. Nash is huge, at last weigh in he was 78 pounds. Full grown and spoiled rotten. My fault, I admit. :) They do grow fast. It will be near a year since I got him this coming Christmas. Hard to believe yet another year has gone by us.

• NMilare (11/ 8/2008/22:48:26 ago) orry it took me a while to respnd. Things have been a bit crazy here. Nothing bad, just never ending at work. I wish I could say I am surprised by the bomb threat at your polling place. But I'm not. And now with pres-elect Obama, a lot of crazies will be coming out of the wood work. I even heard that the KKK is using Obama's win as a reason to recurite. How twisted is that? But I'm glad it wasn't anything more then a threat. We are witnesses to history. :)
