I think he's a better fit for them than, say, and Amare Stoudemire-type player, but I think it'd be unwise to pass judgement on the deal until we can see how he meshes with Shaq and Big Z when they get back. He's obviously got a greatly diminished role for Cleveland, but at this point of his career that might not be a bad thing. He can play for a legit contender and he's putting less wear and tear on his body than he would on the Wizards. For the Cavs, either way it works since they gave up virtually nothing when Ilgauskas gets back, but the real value of the deal will be apparent when the Cavs play top-flight competition in the playoffs. If he can be that missing piece they need to win a title and, most importantly, lock up and keep LeBron in Cleveland, it's the best deal of the past five years.
