I think we drafted Rubio as an investment. Hopefully he will go back to Spain for a year or 2 and play well. That should increase his trade value. I think Flynn was the best point gaurd in the draft.... Wish we would have taken Flynn and Curry though!

for sure, Millsap, Brew and DWill, they were always my three faves, I just hope Brew can polish up his jumper a little more and maybe play him at the three on occasion all I know is those three guys are only going to get better and if any of them ever left I would literally cry for two weeks, lol. Considering how we always get crap picks, we usually draft really well...I am excited to see what happens with Maynor hopefully he doesnt get trapped in the Dleaugue for two years, we need to drop the dark Knight, no doubt and I really hope Price stays...he should play more two guard alongside DW...October cant come fast enough...grrrr..

Darn. lol Hi Hustla. :) I was very excited when I heard of the Spurs trade for Richard Jefferson - especially when I found out who we gave up for him. Bowen will likely come back to the Spurs if the Bucks release him, which appears likely. That means we really only gave up Oberto & Thomas. Oberto is a talented player, but I'm afraid his heart condition will lead to an early retirement for him. We'll need to replace Thomas though, even if we re-sign Gooden. We need another big body to throw at the Lakers frontcourt. As for Jefferson, he'll give our offense a huge spark and take the load off TD a bit. Jefferson is a decent 1 on 1 defender too, so he'll guard athletic guys that usually give us trouble. If we can have everyone healthy next season, the Spurs will be back in the title hunt. I want TD to get #5 so he has more rings than Kobe. lol If the Jazz won though, that'd be cool too. =)
