could lose. the exit of so many
teams from the tourney would
require the callback of teams who
lost in the second round. after
being slapped in the face by west
virginia, duke would rally and play
remarkable basketball after being
given a second chance. they would
play in the final game in a heated
rematch against north carolina.
hansbrough would cry at midcourt
after scoring only 2 points in a
staggering 84-35 loss to the blue
devils, the 2008 national
champions.
