BYU by 3 (last second field goal) 09/26/09 vs. USF Tallahassee, FL FSU by a very slim margin. I think Grothe and Selvie for the bulls will make enough plays to keep them in the game but I think the overall talent of the noles will eventually show. FSU by 3. 10/03/09 at Boston College Chestnut Hill, MA FSU big, as if BC wasnt bad enough but losing their best defensive player and their starting QB makes them that much worse. FSU by 17+. 10/10/09 vs. Georgia Tech Tallahassee, FL Probably the hardest conference game we will play all year. I just think that the Tech option attack will be to much for our young linebackers. Georgia Tech but by no more than 7 points. 10/22/09 at North Carolina Chapel Hill, NC Has the potential to be a great game but unless UNC brings their A game, FSU wins by 10+ points. 10/31/09 vs. North Carolina State Tallahassee, FL FSU, but has some serious potential to be a loss if russell wilson plays a great game for NC ST. FSU by atleast 2 scores if not more. 11/14/09 at Wake Forest Winston-Salem, NC ugh I would have to say FSU but Wake has had our number and riley skinner has killed us with his precision passing the last 3 years, but I think the loss of curry and alphonso smith is going to open things up for the FSU passing game. FSU by 7+. 11/21/09 vs. Maryland Tallahassee, FL FSU big, the only way this game stays close is if Turner has a big game at QB for maryland but I really dont see it happening. FSU by 17+ 11/28/09 at Florida Gainesville, FL You never know with rivalry games (especially this one), but I think that UF has the best football team in the nation and when this game comes around they will be playing for a national championship berth and I just dont see the upset. UF by 20+ (I would be happy with anything 14 or less) Overall: I think that a 9-3 mark for the noles is definitely not out of the question and I definitely see them winning the ACC Atlantic with a 7-1 conference record and probably playing Va Tech (but dont count out Ga Tech) and I could definitely see them giving either Tech a run for their money but I just think they are 1 year away from competing for the ACC title and 2 or 3 from being back in the hunt for the Nat'l Championship. I see them playing in the peach bowl versus the likes of an ole miss or maybe LSU.
