18951 5. Trade Brendan Haywood!! If the Wizards were able to trade damn Kwame Brown a few years ago, why can't they trade Brendan Haywood? Its time for an upgrade Wizards, get rid of 'em and get someone younger, JaVale McGhee is good (sp?) but he's a few years away from reaching his potential. It would've been good, to get in on that Emeka Okafor/Tyson Chandler trade that went down. But nevertheless, its time for a "change of the guard" down low! 4. We should've fired Eddie Jordan a two seasons ago! I like Eddie Jordan as a coach, he's a hometown guy and ultimately a pretty good coach. But after the second year in a row when the Wizards got bounced out of the playoffs by Lebron and company, I'd been looking for a new direction! Maybe if he had been gone a little bit earlier, the mess that was last season might've been avoided! 3. Stop Trading Quality Players.... How the hell did we let Roger Mason get away? Who did we trade Antonio McDaniels for again? Part of the Wizards problem, is that we don't have a solid bench! And when you let quality players like Mason and McDaniels go, you're setting yourself up for failure, especially letting Mason go!! What was the front office thinking? Who helped hold down the fort while Arenas was hurt? These two guys played a key part in that! 2. You don't trade a #5 pick for players from the Timberwolves... This was one of the stupidest moves they could've made!! You have a high pick in the draft and you pass that up for Mike MIller? Why? This draft was guard heavy, they could've picked up a good young point guard to groom behind broke down Gilbert Arenas.... 1. I wouldn't have paid Gilbert Arenas $111 million dollars I still don't understand this move to this day! They could've paid Antwan Jamison and Caron Butler some more money, and get a third guy that can score and share the ball and they would've been set. Why would you pay someone that much money and they haven't played in two years?
