There is no better way for sports stock to fall than for the Celtics to win the title. No one likes them, and no one has any interest in any team from Boston winning a title - the most unglamorous city in the nation. Did you see the TV ratings? Now LA or Pittsburg, there's drama and excitement and the nation roots for those teams......Go away Boston!

The Lakers won 5 nba titles and were in 9 nba finals in that time period and where were the Celtics? They were fishing every summer. You got alot of nerve trashhing the Lakers. Don't hold your breath because it will be another 22 years until you hang another banner in Boston and by then Phil will pass Red and the Lakers will pass the Celtics in nba titles...

Spurs, Hornets and possibly Jazz would have all beaten the Celtics, in my opinion. But we'll never know that. Not to mention, I never watched a game of this series. The NBA sucks.
