<p>In last week's entry I posted a little feedback from an irate viewer. It got a pretty good response from you, so this week we're dipping into the 'ol mailbag again. This time the emails are from people that don't hate me. At least not yet. Here we go:</p>
<p><em>"Mr Flores. I was just wondering why sportscenter or the network doesn't cover more NHL highlights and news. I think that if you were to cover more NHL news, that it could thrive into one of the top sports along with baseball, football and basketball. I hope you don't take this as I'm blaming you. I'm just trying to get more coverage for a sport thats on the uprising." </em>Profile name: JBB4412507</p>
<p><em> </em><strong>ME: </strong>Thanks for the email. This is a tough one because hockey fans are among the most passionate around. However, tv ratings suggest there isn't enough of them to warrant the kind of extensive coverage you're speaking about. But, those same ratings indicate that things are improving. I will submit to you that the NHL still has some key hurdles to climb before it can assume a spot along side other sports. I believe coming back to ESPN would be a good move. Of course, I'm biased.</p>

<p><strong>ME: </strong>It was a great finish wasn't it? I'm not a Tony Stewart, but I'm kind of pulling for him this year. I know that the hi-lite to that race ran extensively on Sportscenter and ESPNEWS that night and following day. Included in that coverage was post-race sound from key drivers.
