Well it was a bold move on the part of the Lakers. They are champions and that is very attractive to all players. I think our GM is going to make his own bold move. He is planning as if Yao and McGrady will not be back. That is crazy. If they do come back, that will be icing on the cake. It just sucks right now. Texas will go 14-0 and the Cowboys will play the Patriots in the Super Bowl :) I am just saying. Hope all is well my friend.

It is amazing how many twist and turns the Rockets have experienced this summer. It is crazy. We are going to have such a different team. I really think the Rockets trade Landry, Brooks and McGrady for Stoudamire and Barbosa. Then sign Ariza, who are courting. That would be a big start. If Yao comes back, that is icing on the cake. I know Morey is going to have to be super bold on his next move.

The Kindle situation will be a tricky one for Mack Brown. While it looks bad on the surface, Kindle didn't break any laws that night according to the current set of facts. Unless some new information comes to light indicating that Kindle was drinking that night (such as eyewitness testimony), he might get by without any suspensions from games. However, I wouldn't be surprised if Brown suspended him for several games b/c Kindle had a DUI in the past. If news comes out that Kindle was drinking that night, Brown might suspend him for the rest of the season or even kick him off the team. Whatever the case, I'm sure Brown will tell Kindle that if he screws up again in any fashion, his football days at UT are over. ..... There's no doubt now that Dumars is totally revamping DET's style of play. With Gordon & Villanueva, DET will be much more of an offensive team. The days of DET being a lock down defensive team are over for now. Gordon needs a lot of touches & minutes to be effective, much like AI. I don't see Gordon & Hamilton coexisting well. If DET keeps Hamilton, I'll be surprised. Prince might be moved as well since V was signed. It's looking more & more like Sheed & McDyess are gone too. You won't even recognize your Pistons next season except for Stuckey. Are you kinda sad to see the team broken up like this? ..... When is your birthday again? I'll let you pick my bg for that day when the time comes. :) Btw, mark April 22nd on your calendar. That's Tony Romo's bday! lol

2 more wins and our Astros are at the 500 mark! No Excuses! :) ..... What do you think about the Rockets going after Gortat? Sounds like they are making a very strong effort to sign him. And could Artest be leaving the Rockets? I thought HOU would look to move TMac & build around Artest. Looks like Ariza might be on the Rockets' radar too. ..... Hopefully Kindle gets his act together. Any more mistakes and his football career at UT is probably over, not to mention his chances at becoming a 1st round NFL pick.
